Software we've built and fixed for paying clients.

These are mobile and web projects, and they're the reason we can build AI systems on your own tools instead of a template. Each one had to hold up under real use. ArtCopy also runs an AI moderation system we built, which takes down content that breaks the rules and notifies the creator. One of these clients has an agreement that sets how much detail we can publish, so that entry stays at a high level on purpose.

Lettuce Grow makes a hydroponic growing system that people set up and run from their phone, and we came in on the companion app to work on Bluetooth pairing and lifecycle remediation across iOS and Android, delivered over two phases.

Their product is hardware first, so the app is the part customers touch every day, and it had been shipped and running for a while before we were brought in. We worked across both platforms rather than one, and the engagement ran in two phases, with the second agreed after the first had landed.

What we can say about the work itself is set by the agreement we signed with them, so this stays at a high level on purpose. If you want to know whether the same thing is possible for your software, the free audit is where that starts.

The ArtCopy feed on iOS, showing a shared artwork with the recreate and like controls

A realtime multiplayer drawing game on a native canvas. The hard part was never the features, it was making it not lag, crash, or desync mid-game.

Realtime multiplayer drawing built on React Native Skia, with a TikTok-style video feed and AI moderation. The original vector-based canvas bogged down and crashed as drawings filled up, so we re-architected the engine to render strokes into a raster bitmap layer, then rebuilt the multiplayer queue so shared, swapping canvases stay in sync across players. Ships stable on iOS and Android.

What we changed
  1. Re-architected the drawing engine from vector paths to a raster bitmap layer, killing the lag and crashes that set in as canvases filled up
  2. Rebuilt the realtime multiplayer queue so shared, swapping canvases stay in sync across players mid-game
  3. Killed the duplicate posts in the infinite-scroll feed by de-duping the overlapping items that cursor-based pagination returned
Also built
  • AI moderation with OpenAI Vision and Anthropic: auto-takedown and creator notification
  • TikTok-style video feed with a native autoplay pipeline and gesture controls

An AI study app we joined after the initial build, brought on to fix what kept breaking and get it stable enough to charge real students, from the AI pipeline to billing.

A full-stack AI learning tool built on React, Firebase, and Gemini. We were brought on after the initial build to fix the reliability problems holding it back, then hardened the core flows so it could ship to paying users.

What we changed
  1. Fixed the guest-to-account flow that was dropping users' work on sign-up, migrating it from sessionStorage to Firestore
  2. Rebuilt the D3 concept-map so it stopped freezing on large maps, using pre-computed force-simulation layouts
  3. Fixed subscription and billing bugs across the Stripe weekly, monthly and yearly tiers
