Most of what we build now are custom AI systems. Each one takes over a job your team does by hand, like billing, quoting, claims or order entry, and it's built on the tools you already use. Nearly all of it starts with a free audit. We look at what's public about your business and come back with what's worth fixing first and what it's worth to you. It tells you where the hours and the money are going, and it tells us whether we're the right people to work on it.

The audit comes first
We won't quote work we haven't looked at. The audit is free, and it exists so both sides know what they're agreeing to before anybody signs anything. Some of them end with us saying it isn't worth building yet.
You don't have to manage us
We run what we build. We check it every week, fix what breaks and tell you what we changed. If you had to brief and chase us, we'd just be one more thing on your list.
It gets written down as we go
What we built, what changed and why, written down where your team can read it. If we stopped tomorrow, the custom work you paid for stays with you.
We build the system, and then we run it every month for as long as it's useful to you.

There are things we say no to.
We don't pass the work on
The engineering is done by us. Nothing gets handed to another company once the contract is signed, which is the thing that usually goes wrong when an agency is cheaper than it should be.
We don't sell hours
We charge a build fee and a monthly fee, set after the audit. A block of hours counted down turns every conversation into a negotiation about whether something is worth spending them on.
We don't build what isn't worth it
If a job is too small for a system to be worth its fee, the audit says so. We'd rather tell you that than build something you don't need.
